II. Product Information

The product name, specifications, contents, price, stock status, delivery method, and other transaction terms of the products sold on this website shall be subject to the information displayed on each product page and checkout page.

All product prices are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, product prices include tax. If there are shipping fees, add-on fees, or other necessary charges, such fees will be clearly disclosed on the checkout page before the consumer confirms payment.

This website does not sell products prohibited or not accepted under ECPay’s transaction management regulations. The prohibited categories listed by ECPay include tobacco and alcohol, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, weapons and ammunition, drugs, stolen goods, uniform invoices, infringing goods, virtual/digital currency-related collection and payment services, over-the-counter transactions, and other items. The actual restrictions shall be subject to the latest announcements by ECPay.

III. Ordering Process

  1. Select products and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Enter the shopping cart to confirm product items, quantity, amount, and delivery method.
  3. Fill in the purchaser’s information, recipient’s information, contact details, delivery address, and invoice information.
  4. Select a payment method and submit the order.
  5. The system will direct you to the payment page provided by ECPay or allow you to complete payment according to the selected payment method.
  6. After payment is completed, this website will arrange shipment according to the order status and notify you of the order processing progress by email, SMS, or the member center.

The establishment of an order does not mean that the transaction is finally completed. In the event of product shortage, incorrect price labeling, abnormal payment, incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment of the order, this website reserves the right to cancel the order or negotiate with the consumer to adjust the order contents.

IV. Payment Methods

This website uses third-party payment services to collect payments. Transaction payment services are provided by “SHOPLINE Payments” and “ECPay.”

The available payment methods shall be subject to the actual options displayed on the checkout page and may include:

  • Convenience store barcode payment
  • Other supported payment methods

During the payment process, consumers may be directed to the payment page of SHOPLINE Payments or its partner financial institutions to complete the transaction. This website will not store your full credit card number or bank account information.

If payment is overdue, fails, authorization fails, or the transaction is rejected by the bank/payment system, the order will be deemed unpaid or incomplete, and this website may cancel the order.

Shipping Notes

  • After an order is placed, the product will be shipped in approximately 1–3 business days, excluding the order date and holidays.
  • Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. No delivery will be arranged on weekends or national holidays.
  • During festive holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.
  • For home delivery, the actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
  • For convenience store pickup, please pay attention to the arrival SMS notification and pick up the package within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the package without reason. Any shipping fee losses incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer.

VI. Invoice Issuance

This website issues uniform invoices in accordance with the law. Invoices are issued by the business entity operating this website and are not issued by ECPay on behalf of the seller. ECPay’s merchant service regulations also state that members shall issue uniform invoices and file tax reports in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Please correctly fill in invoice information during checkout. If a company tax ID number is required, please fill in the complete company name and Unified Business No. before the order is established. If you need to modify invoice information after the order is completed, please contact customer service within [please fill in the deadline, for example, within 24 hours after the order is established]. If the invoice has already been issued or reported, modification may not be possible.

The invoice format shall be subject to the actual method provided by this website and may include electronic invoices, paper invoices, or other lawful invoice formats.

VII. Returns, Exchanges, and Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers who purchase products through distance sales are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned products must remain complete, including the product itself, accessories, gifts, packaging, warranty card, invoice, and all accompanying documents.

If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within seven days after receiving the product and provide the order number, name, contact information, reason for return, and product photos, so that this website may assist with the return process.

The following products or services may not be subject to the seven-day right to terminate the transaction if they meet the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Distance Sales” and have been disclosed before the transaction. Examples include products that are prone to decay or have a short shelf life, customized products made according to consumer requirements, opened personal hygiene products, opened audio/video products or computer software, digital content not provided on a tangible medium, or online services completed once provided. The actual applicability shall be handled according to the nature of the product and applicable laws and regulations.

The following circumstances may affect return and exchange rights:

  • The product has been used, stained, damaged, or its value has been reduced due to reasons beyond what is necessary for inspection.
  • Product accessories, gifts, packaging, invoice, or accompanying documents are incomplete.
  • The return request is made after the seven-day cooling-off period.
  • The product page has clearly stated that the product falls under a lawful reasonable exception to the seven-day cooling-off period.
  • The product cannot be restored to its original condition due to improper use, storage, or unpacking by the consumer.

If the product itself is defective, the wrong product was delivered, or the product was damaged during delivery, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product. This website will assist with exchange, return, or refund procedures.

Ⅷ. Refund Policy

1. If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and inform us of the reason for your refund request.

2. When contacting us, please provide your order number and product number.

3. We will inform you how to return the product and the amount of refund you may receive.

4. After your returned product is received and inspected, if it meets the return criteria, we will issue the refund within 7 days after receiving the product.

Ⅸ. Order Cancellation

If consumers wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, this website will assist with order cancellation and refund processing.

If the order has already been shipped or has entered the logistics delivery process, it cannot be directly canceled. Please follow the return process instead.

If the consumer fails to complete payment within the payment deadline, provides incomplete information, or if the product is out of stock, the system is abnormal, or there are other circumstances that prevent completion of the transaction, this website may cancel the order and notify the consumer.
